In our text we are going to see the last extended speech of Paul in the book of Acts. And it is probably no surprise that he is going to testify to the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He will explain the significant change that an encounter with Jesus has made on his life . . . And he will call everyone in his audience to respond, by repentance and faith. Paul gives us a great model to follow in his presentation of the Gospel. He shares his story. He talks about the power of Jesus to change a life. He takes into account his audience.

I also have thought this way for years.I am now lenrniag that many have a weak faithin Christ, through non-active membership inthe many churches dotting our landscape. Oncewe open up and communicate with others, welearn there is a desire to find out more aboutGod and His love. Using a Centre like Word & Spiritmay be just the opportunity to introduce others toa desire and eagerness to learn more and love more.
